Publisher Clearing House (PCH)

The Publisher Clearing House (PCH), established in 1953 by Harold Mertz, is supported by the U.S. government with a mission to promote human growth, education, and community development. Our goal is to help those in need and strengthen neighborhoods across the country.

As part of our initiative, we are offering annual financial assistance through the Department of Health and Human Services and the United Nations Poverty Eradication Program. Citizens are invited to participate in draws for income and credit allocations, with at least 62% of lottery profits dedicated to:

Essential human services
Charity organizations
Health programs

The remaining profits are distributed by the Department of Workers Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) and the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS), providing grants for individuals and groups working to improve their communities. Winners are selected through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Imo, WhatsApp, Tinder, POF, Snapchat, InMessage, and FarmersOnly.
